Order preparation

We normally prepare orders in 1–2 business days before dispatch.

Estimated transit

Delivery after dispatch is generally estimated at 4–6 business days. Carrier conditions, weather, holidays, remote destinations, and address issues may affect timing.

Rates and tracking

Available services, charges, and any free-shipping eligibility appear at checkout. Tracking is shared when the carrier provides it.

Delivery questions

Please check the address before placing an order. If tracking stalls, a parcel appears lost, is marked delivered but cannot be found, or arrives damaged, send the order number and tracking details so we can investigate with the carrier. Processing and transit are separate estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date.
